Moving to C++

Written for PostgreShell by Kill Animals on 2013-04-15

To avoid long-term headaches dealing with the QT GUI, I figure I might as well bite the bullet and learn C++. Considering that I have other projects that will require me to learn this, it is appropriate that I do.
Code development is therefore stalled as I try to emulate what I have already written.
