Synchro of images added in the connector

Written for Prestashop OpenERP Connector by Alexis de Lattre on 2012-11-30

I added the support for images in the OpenERP-PrestaShop connector : if you use the module "prestashoperpconnect_catalog_manager" and you export the products from OpenERP to PrestaShop, then the product images will be sent to PrestaShop, and the images on the product categories too. This require the latest code of all the branches, including PrestaPyt, as listed on the front page of the project. It has been tested with a recent PrestaShop 1.5 from github.
