PuRe (Public Requirements) is a web application for managing public procurements in a Belgian public administration. It supports the whole "procurement process", from the definition of the project requirements to the acceptance of the work done by the selected supplier. At all phases, PuRe generates documents like the requirements document, selection and/or attribution reports or various notifications to companies involved in the selection or attribution process.
