Resize images, and pad them to give an exact size image.
Creates a new folder named resized.<width>.<height> and copies resized images
into it.
- Images with a different aspect-ratio are padded with alpha channel(transparent).
- Images from can be in jpg/gif/png format.
- Images resized are in PNG format.

Can be used either as standalone script or as a module called by other modules
