An alternate folder display widget for KDE's Plasma desktop shell

This is a small widget designed for usage in the panel to provide quick access to the most commonly-used folders. This makes it nice for quick file browsing. To contribute, contact JontheEchidna or any of the Kubuntu developers in #kubuntu-devel on freenode IRC.
