 * Fixed a problem on Windows where creating the deployment disk fails
   with error "Access is denied" at the last step ("Flushing data to disk").
   Windows users should use the "Safely Remove Hardware" feature after
   writing the deployment disk to ensure data integrity.

 * Fixed mbr.bin installation on Linux. We don't install mbr.bin on Linux
   because we can pull it from syslinux. However, the Linux backend was
   looking for mbr.bin in the RapidWriter lib directory (/usr/lib/rapidwriter)
   instead of the syslinux lib directory (/usr/lib/syslinux).
