Google Spreadsheet Reports for OpenERP that includes scheduling of reports and allowing users to subscribe to Email notifications when a report is run.
Reports can be defined as SQL queries, with the details of the Google Spreadsheet
name and worksheet. When the report runs, it will create the spreadsheet and
worksheet, if they do not exist. If the spreadsheet and worksheet do exist, all
the records on the worksheet will be deleted before adding the records returned
by the SQL query.
The report records store the Google account credentials that will be used to access
Google's services. Whenever the report is run, either manually or via the scheduled
action, a log of the last run is stored against the report record.
Reports can be scheduled to be run on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Users can
subscribe to Email notifications, so they can be informed of when the report is
run. The module does not automatically share the Google spreadsheet. All sharing
options need to be managed by the owner of the spreadsheet via the Google Docs
user interface.
