Release 1.0 marks the stability of the API and code and extensive testing. It is recommended for general consumption.

The jump from version 0.3 to 1.0 was made to accommodate the commonly recognized use of a full-version to denote stability

- Added more flexible logging
- Fixes in logging
- Removed TestWorker since there is no distributable reason to use it
- Removed references to demo_app for more clear example code.
- Improvements to Documentation
- Use the standard library's Headers implementation instead of a custom one for less code and more speed
- Cleaned up the build process:
 - Don't include tests in the monolithic build
