SeA is a software project consisting of sea-sensors and sea-actors, both are background tasks, sensors can react to different things like opening windows, closing windows, starting a program..., actors can react to that with different things like printing a MessageBox, a balloon tip or writing text to a database, both are extensible with plugins and used over network (imagine getting a message to your mobile when receiving a mail on your PC).
The name of SeA contains different things: Se(nsors), A(ctors), "see" like watching everything that happens on your PC and "Sea" like a big ocean, where everything can be put in (by sensors) and maybe it swims on top (GUI message) or it sinks to the ground (database).
