SignS is a web tool for gene selection and signature finding in problems where the dependent variable is patient survival or, more generally, a right-censored variable.
Installing the web application is not trivial (because of handling the CGI together with MPI); please look at the "Asterias Common" product.
The sources include an "internal" R package, also called SignS: it is an R package, but is very specific for this application. There is no formal help in the R style, and the code makes a lot of calls to python code for the figures and clickable dendrograms.
