A simple utility for camera translation in Picture-in-Picture mode
Functions:
1. Translating camera in "Picture in Picture" mode
2. Upscaling video in real-time (in plans)
Problems:
1. Some PC browsers (as a Firefox) don't support the "Picture in Picture" function
2. Mobile browsers don't support the "Picture in Picture" function (besides Safari on IOS)
Plans:
1. Upscaling video in real time
2. Add the ability to broadcast other user videos
