This the first test using the BIAS(Basic Image AlgorithmS) library, developed by MIP's laboratory of the University of Kiel(Germany). The main idea is to have a tool with a simple GUI to extract a 3D model from a minimum number of photos.

We're writing the application in C++ language, as suitable for any computer vision application, as the libraries used are written in "Stroustrup's babe". Now you can find here just a test code, written in the learning phase of BIAS' library.

The GUI will be implemented in Qt or in WxWidgets, according to the needs of the main program's development.

The aim of the program is improving the approach of graphical archaeological documentation, going beyond the normal 2D documentation provided by photos and plans. With this new instrument you can "experiment" the model and the space any time you need.
