tc-installer (20081006-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * SUMMARY: This is major release.
    New package tc-utils to carry new utility programs.
  * debian/control:
    - (tc-utils): New package to carry the extra utilities.
    - (Homepage): Point to freshmeat.
    - (Suggests, Recommends): New fields.
  * tc-create:
    - New program. Easy interface for creating containers.
  * tc-dpkg.1:
    - SUpport combned short options -ia, -ai with -v
    - Move section about containers to tc-create.1 manual page.
    - (AtExit): Clean up temporary files even if interrupted.
    - (TempFile): Use safe mktemp(1) if available.
  * tc-fsck:
    - New program. Easy interface to fsck(1) and container health check.
