  * Split the package in two packages. This way we can install the Symbola
    font alone. (LP: #1269017)

  * debian/control
    - bump standards version to 3.9.5
  * debian/source/include-binaries
    - Include binaries to carry the updated Symbola font
  * debian/Symbola717.ttf
    - Added the Symbola717.ttf binary which is needed by the quilt
      patch lp1269017.patch
