  * Put use_system_libs into setup.cfg. Closes: #898475
  * Cleanup all ply generated files
  * New upstream version 3.0.2. Rediff patches
  * Push Standards-Version to 4.1.4. No changes needed.
  * Remove outdated X-Python3-Version
