  * d/t/control: increase tests timeout to 600 seconds (LP: #2032766)
Autopkgtests are timing out on arm64 and armhf environments. As they
are working fine when tested locally on an ARM board, it's probably due
to the infrastructure. Based on the previous timeouts, 600 seconds
should be more than enough even for the worst cases.

  * d/p/0011-datalimit.patch: double the data segment limit. (LP: #2031909)
The tinydns binary was failing with "libc.so.6: cannot map zero-fill
pages". The new value was determined empirically. Slightly increasing it
will cause a different issue ("cannot allocate TLS data structures for
    initial thread").

  * SECURITY UPDATE: Matthew Dempsky discovered that Daniel J. Bernstein's
djbdns, a Domain Name System server, does not constrain offsets in the
required manner, which allows remote attackers with control over a
third-party subdomain served by tinydns and axfrdns, to trigger DNS
responses containing arbitrary records via crafted zone data for this
    subdomain. (LP: #399012)
