  * New upstream version, taking care of DSA-985/DSA-986, linked statically
    against included minitasn.
  * Drop unused libgnutls-extra-config.1 libgnutls-config.1 from diff.
  * Drop debian/NEWS.Debian as it only talks about the move of the (since
    purged) gnutls-doc package to contrib a long time ago.
  * Add  --enable-ld-version-script to DEB_CONFIGURE_EXTRA_FLAGS to force
    versioning of symbols, instead of patching ./configure.in.
  * Set DEB_MAKE_CHECK_TARGET = check to run included testsuite.

    Build-Depency on libtasn1-2-dev. This BTW closes: #361874
