Grsync is currently the #9 search result for "sync". So it doesn't matter whether people are looking for it specifically, it still needs a description that will help people decide whether it is the kind of sync utility they are looking for. It's fine for the description to mention rsync, but at the moment, mentioning rsync and GTK2 is just about *all* it does, which isn't helpful.
