Thank you for answering our questions. While we figure out how to file this report, I would just like to let you know of a possible solution to your current problem. If you go to http://packages.ubuntu.com/karmic/i386/gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad-multiverse/download you should be able to choose a link and download the plugins as a .deb file. These files are similar to .exe in Windows; just download it, double click it, and it should install just fine. I was able to download the package onto my machine without a problem, so hopefully this will allow you to get the plugins while we work on this bug. Thanks for being so patient and working with us.
