libparams-validate-perl (1.30-1) unstable; urgency=medium
[ Debian Janitor ]
* Wrap long lines in changelog entries: 0.59-1, 0.15-1.
* Drop no longer supported add-log-mailing-address setting from
debian/changelog.
* Remove obsolete fields Contact, Name from debian/upstream/metadata
(already present in machine-readable debian/copyright).
* Update standards version to 4.5.0, no changes needed.

* Update 'DEB_BUILD_MAINT_OPTIONS = hardening=+bindnow' to '=+all'.
* Import upstream version 1.30.
* Update years of upstream and packaging copyright.
* Install new upstream CODE_OF_CONDUCT file.
