* Merge with Debian unstable, which has this package now, too.
Remaining Ubuntu changes:
- make.defines: Change cross compiler path from /opt/cell/bin
to /usr/lib/cell/toolchain/bin.
- debian/control: Drop spu-gcc from Recommends: to Suggests:,
since it is in universe.
