I filled a report at http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8846

They advised to disable this:
CONFIG_SCSI_SCAN_ASYNC

because of a bug in scsi core. Maybe Ubuntu should do the same until the bug is fixed upstream?
See my logs, this is causing a oops.
