Do you have the libpam-smbpass package installed?

This bug was filed about spurious log messages that users were seeing when libpam-smbpass is not installed.

Unfortunately, after fixing this with the magic "missingok" option, users who *do* install libpam-smbpass will instead get warning messages about the "missingok" option being unknown to pam_smbpass.so.

This would need to be fixed with an SRU of samba as well, not just pam (which is the package that has been fixed to date).
