following this thread I tried running:
polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1
in a terminal and the result was:
polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1: command not found
(same result when I tried running it with sudo)

This authentication bug is affecting me in trying to manage users and groups through the gui (users-admin).

I don't know how to use the "setuid patch".
