I'd +1 the removal of the LTSP option on powerpc as that'd only be useful if your clients are PowerPC too.
If you want an i386 ltsp chroot on powerpc, you'd need to do it manually after installation anyway (as we can't ship both i386 and powerpc binaries on the same CD).
Also, I never tested LTSP with PowerPC (as in, actually booting a PowerPC thin client), it's very very unlikely to work with Natty.
