  * modified wims.preinst : there was a bug with useradd.
  * simplified the patch for the management module: now the modification
    of file permissions is no more proosed to the user, and the warnings
    are disabled as they are not useful: the permissions are controlled
    by the Debian package itself.
  * Checked that every requirement listed by Boud Roukema is now taken 
    in account in the release for wims-3.62.
