      - gendarme, because it would've been split into mono-tools-devel and
                  mono-tools-gui, like mono-profiler; because it uses
                  System.Windows.Forms.
                  Added Conflicts and Replaces mono-tools-devel (<< 2.0),
                  since it was contained there.
    + Standards-Version bumped to 3.8.0 (no changes needed)
  * debian/rules:
    + implemented autotools files re-generation
  * debian/patches:
    + converted to quilt
    + 00-fix_build_system.patch added
