UPIQ (http://upiq.org) is an organization devoted to improving the quality of medical care for children, and is an organization of pediatric practices and providers in Utah using software tools as part of overall quality improvement initiatives and collaboratives. One area of software tool we use is in the intersection of content management, team/project collaboration, and collection/management of quantitative measures. We use tools such as Plone, Python, Zope, and QI Teamspace toward this end.

UPIQ is a collaborator with the QI Teamspace Project (http://launchpad.net/qiteamspace) on the ongoing development of QI Teamspace application software built on Plone, Zope, PostgreSQL, and Django. We are actively involved in developing improvements to the core software, and maintain our own development branches of QI Teamspace packages and buildouts within this launchpad project.

This project also hosts source control and various Python packages developed as part of UPIQ projects. This project also has a Trac wiki/tracker loosely synchronized with launchpad.net, located at https://teamspace.upiq.org/trac

Projects here are released under either MIT or GPL (v2) licenses (depending upon what is most appropriate for each individual package, please see respective package source for license). We welcome contributions from any interested parties.
