Development of an open source Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
Aim to create a fully featured tool for registering detailed information into an SQL database with tools for extracting and analysing this data.
Project under current Development.
Basic Modules:
Bidirectional communication with analytical systems (control of analysis, and retreival of results).
Report generation of the above data based on a single data unit - either a "patient" or "test material".
Currently in first phase of development.
