Release notes

The matching release of wacs-php to go with the 0.7.4 release of Wacs released on Friday has now been released. The big news for this release is a much more "real world" worked example program called newsets.php to demonstrate how to use the WacsUI module to aid in the rapid development of good looking functional web sites. Other changes include some additional tips on installation methods, a few bug fixes and updates to track upstream changes in Wacs brought in at 0.7.4.
