Window Switcher runs in the background, and is invoked by a shortcut key. Once invoked, it presents a list of open window names. Users can type in window names (e.g. "eclipse") or name initials (e.g. "QC" for "Qt Creator") to switch to the given window. Partial name matching is supported (e.g. "ec" matches "eclipse" if it's the only one).

It's intended to facilitate switching to named windows when too many windows are open, or when an application has several windows open and you want to switch to a specific one quickly (e.g. based on the document opened in that window).
