XML Copy Editor is a fast, free, validating XML editor.
This project is intended only to facilitate localisation of XMLCE and translate its message strings into different languages. For lesser-used languages like Khmer, there is a great need to disseminate the vocabulary for describing XML activities, so it is hoped that this work will benefit other programs' translation work.
