PulseAudio with 10ms rewind margin

PPA description

This version of PulseAudio has 2048 bytes or 10 ms of rewind margin, depending on which one is larger. The default is 1.33 ms or 256 bytes.

Adding this PPA to your system

You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:diwic/pulse-rewind-margin-test to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing) 

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:diwic/pulse-rewind-margin-test
sudo apt update
