Matthew has over twenty-six years of industry experience in network architecture, management, storage area networks and compute clusters. His research interests lie in the area of personal privacy rights and the challenges that we are facing with the erosion of long standing civil liberties and constitutional protections from corporate and government entities.

He is fluent in several operating systems and adept in the C, C++, Visual Studio, and .Net programming languages and has experience with the git repository system. He is also well versed in scripting languages that include Microsoft Batch, Power Shell, and Bash.
