Store document file in a remote cmis server for OpenERP knowledge addons

By default, OpenERP stores files in the PostgreSQL database. We want to push the file and configurable metadata to a remote CMIS server and pull the file if the user want to download it.

By default, OpenERP creates a second document if you attach the same file to another record. When attaching a document, we would like to choose from the OpenERP documents list instead of the user file system.
