EMC ScaleIO as ephemeral storage backend for OpenStack Compute (nova)

Add support for ScaleIO as an ephemeral storage backend. The required set of implemented functionality is the same as the one implemented for Ceph, including live migragion, except features related to interaction with Glance (since Glance does not support ScaleIO as image storage backend).
