wxWidgets for BookLiberator

Bkrpr is going to move to wxwidgets so it's easier to install on Windows and Macintosh computers.

RPM Package for BookLiberator

Produce an rpm package suitable for use in RedHat/Fedora machines. Also, we'll need a script to automatically create this rpm. Put the RPM in bkrpr's personal package archive.

Packaging for Ubuntu/Debian for BookLiberator

Produce a .deb suitable for installation on a Debian or Ubuntu machine. Also, we'll need a script to automatically generate this .deb and put it in the personal package archive.
