Allow the server to relay chat messages. for POGS

Allow the server to relay chat messages of all types (action, speech, chat, thoughts, observer chat and PMs) between clients who are connected to the server. Should include anti-spoofing measures for players and the ability for the GM to spoof other people.

Allow both POGS and JParanoia clients to connect to the server for POGS

Allow both POGS Clients and JParanoia clients to connect to the server and allow multiple clients to connect at the same time.

A fully functional windows UI for POGS

A windows UI which is as functional and as nice to look at as the GTK UI
