I'm a 50 year old (groan) computer system designer, I've been using various flavors of *nix off and on for several years.

Shortly after I discovered Ubuntu I committed to using Linux 100% on my home and work computers, I first did this as a test of my ability to learn yet another OS at my age and a proof of concept that all computer tasks can be accomplished on a non MS platform.

Somewhere along the line of that "Experiment" I fell in love with Ubuntu and would like to help the project and community in anyway I can. I bring to the table forty years of computer experience on platforms ranging from CP/M, DOS 2.0+, GEM, OS/2, Windows 1.0+, Debian, Knoppix and now Ubuntu.
