lamss-members - owns branch lamss (public),
  - lamss-internal - owns branch lamss-internal
  - lamss-shared - owns branch lamss-shared, missions-lamss
     - lamss-internal

to give someone read access (but not write)
  subscribe them to the branch (with no email)

to give someone write access
  - to lamss, lamss-internal & lamss-shared, add them to the group lamss-internal
  - to lamss & lamss-shared, add them to the group lamss-shared
  - to lamss only, add them to the group lamss-members
