More than eight years ago it all started just a few days away before I began studying Software Engineering at University Windesheim. I was hapilly skateboarding at the railway station with my recently bought second-hand Lenovo T410 on my back, when I suddenly slipped and fell right on my laptop. The LCD screen leaked and the CPU fans got stuck. Unfortunately, I intended to use this laptop for studying purposes.

That day, is the day I started shapeshifting from a very serious musician to the hardcore Linux user I’m today. It was that very old dusty Dell Latitude of my father and my dear friend, Robin Koning, which advised me to use Linux Mint which saved me big time back then, since the hardware couldn’t even run Windows XP properly. From that day on, I’ve tried a lot of the Linux distributions, where Ubuntu-, and Arch Linux were the most notable ones.
