You'll be able to register to the mailing list. The mailing list is there for the discussions about the OpenERP Dav and the projects built on it, like WebDav, CardDav and CalDav.

Once registered in the team, you still have to subscribe to the mailing list on the bottom left of this page.

Once in the team, you will also be able to push your branches under the ownership team, making the code completely public and letting anyone be able to contribute on the branches.
