Plasma versions of Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird

Add "releases" PPA for continously updated packages:

 sudo add-apt-repository ppa:plasmazilla/releases
 sudo apt-get update
 sudo apt-get install firefox-plasma thunderbird-plasma

1. copy "releases" -> "archives"
2. copy "builds" -> "releases"

Firefox and Thunderbird Plasma are patched with:

and kmozilla-helper-code:
