I've been an Apple/Mac guy for a while, but I can't always afford a Mac. I started to teach myself a little bit of UNIX programming. I read about Ubuntu in a book from the library and I was hooked. I now describe myself as a UNIX guy, which of course covers both Mac and Ubuntu, but sounds nerdier, which I like.
