Linux "dabbler". I've been using Linux off-and-on since kernel 0.93 (or 0.98, I can't remember).
I work days as a Windows software developer -- sorry, but I have mortgage to pay and a young daughter to put through school, and I can't find any paid development work in the Linux world for the same salary.
I'd love to "help out" with a distro that's not "nitchy" and K/Ubuntu looks like a serious contender. I just don't know exactly where to start, so I thought I'd start by looking into some bugs or something.
Anyway, in addition to computing, I'm an avid drumming student and home brewer.
