Global Context Menus for KAT

Provide means to globally register for context menus. Plugin might ask to get a context menu for a given URI. The KAT provides it. Other plugins can register to be included in context menus. Plugin must deliver: JMenuEntry(s), URI of the Item, Component the MouseEvent occured on.

Global Popups for KAT

Use popups from Semaplorer. Porvide globally, i.e., plugin can ask for a popup for a given item. It just sends out the URI, KAT will take care of displaying the Popup.
