Specialized consultant working in Brand and Image Design, as well as imaging and accesibility consulting services for information systems, in particular Web standards optimization but also desktop applications.

GUI Design Specialist for Web applications, including management of all technical processes of accessibility, and UI Engineering. Part of my portfolio includes deep expertise with HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, SVG as well as PHP, Perl and Python and Jaws.

A renowned and experienced designed and developer, involved in projects such as KDE, GNOME, Debian, Drupal, Blender, GIMP, Inkscape and Canaima which also enjoys participating in communities such as Linux User Groups both national and international, and recognized as a pioneer in design implementation using Linux tools for almost 20 years.

Developer for more than 20 educational projects, including games, and contributed to the Canaima Educational project ad honorem for its GUI, Canaima is now used in over 1M PC units in Venezuela.

Recently participated in large projects with FLOSS solutions for companies such as PDVSA, EDELCA and CNTI, and also as an instructor in charge of design and development of interfaces on several occasions in these institutions.

Participated in very specific solutions in verticals, such as the design and development of graphic interface and usability of medical and laboratory systems, also in charge of design and development of digital signage systems for the aviation industry.
