Bug Description

The script /usr/sbin/setup-storage
in the package fai-setup-storage
still uses mdadm-startall in line 139 and complains now on raid-configurations.

Teach one of:
 - fai that udev does the job now
 - mdadm to provide compatibility wrapper under the name 'mdadm-startall'

The error message can be observed also in non-raid installations, as mdadm-startall is called unconditionally.

  * Check mdadm-startall before calling, as that binary is not shipped in
    ubuntu. (LP: #1008250)
  * Cherry pick https://github.com/faiproject/fai/commit/4b7b93c0bc25d49ce1293e1da7491923df56b18f.patch
    To remove duplicate use Storable.

This bug also affects my Ubuntu Precise FAI server. Just to be clear: is there any reason why the fix was not backported to precise?

quantal has seen the end of its life and is no longer receiving any updates. Marking the quantal task for this ticket as "Won't Fix".
