Bug Description

There are a couple of bugs in the current PCManFM 1.1.0 in Ubuntu 13.04. A particular annoying one is the missing Detailed List View headers when PCManFM starts. This is now fixed in the bug fix release 1.1.1

Could someone please update the Ubuntu repository to PCManFM 1.1.1 and libfm 1.1.1? Thanks!

This won't make it too 13.04, maybe not 13.10. It is however, a good opportunity to make this a debian sync since on of the mint guys has got everything ready for debian here: https://mentors.debian.net/package/pcmanfm
