Please sync ktp-contact-list 0.6.3-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * New upstream release (LP: #1208837)
  * Bump on libktpcommoninternalsprivate-dev

Both changes have been fixed in the current debian release, which also adds extra debian features
